OBJECTIVES:
- Candidate supports leadership of clinical development programs. Candidate works in partnership with a dynamic and collaborative team of administrative professionals
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Manages others’ time and activity with sensitivity and efficiency, including calendaring, expensing, and travel arrangements
- Understands policies and where to find information – educates others on what the business requires and communicates that clearly and effectively; networks widely and leverages that network to successfully execute responsibilities
- Can adapt to the various systems we use to review, store and collaborate on documents, and is able to guide others through those systems. Is willing to brainstorm ways to leverage different systems to meet the needs of a project or team.
- Communicates impeccably – responds quickly, tracks a request, and sees it through to completion; knows when to escalate requests that aren’t being resolved in a timely manner; is never in need of a nudge to check in on a task
- Is fluent in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint, with strong digital literacy
- Motivated by solving problems and improving processes, works well in a team
- Skilled with creative projects, such as designing a newsletter or planning team-building activities
- Demonstrates confidentiality in execution of all responsibilities
- Performs other duties as required
- No scientific background required but need to be willing and able to learn the drug development process
EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:
- High school diploma/GED required. Associates degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Strong PC literacy with intermediate skills in Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
- Hybrid working arrangements require some on-site Takeda campus support (~2-3 days per week) or as needed for role.
- Minimal travel (beyond Takeda site) as required for the work, primarily for meetings.

Base Salary Range: 54,600.00 to 78,000.00. Employees may also be eligible for Short Term and Long-Term Incentive benefits. Employees are eligible to participate in Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401(k), Charitable Contribution Match, Holidays, Personal Days & Vacation, Tuition Reimbursement Program and Paid Volunteer Time Off.
The final salary offered for this position may take into account a number of factors including, but not limited to, location, skills, education, and experience.
