What are the responsibilities and job description for the Strength and Conditioning Coach position at Takeover Sports Performance and Fitness?
Takeover Sports Performance and Fitness is a sports performance training facility centered around speed and power development for athletes. We have just expanded into a larger 5,000 square ft facility and need to bring in a coach to keep up with increasing demand for our expertise.
We are looking for motivated coaches that see our vision and want to help our community level up it's athleticism and give back to our areas kids by joining our Performance Team.
We prioritize being great leaders and humans with a positive outlook and mentality, and being great coaches secondarily and we need help delivering high quality strength training sessions to our athletes.
Our team has years of experience providing results to athletes in the area by improving their on-field performance. You will learn our systems and training methods and help our athletes through their in-season and off-season strength programs using our established methods.
Job Description:
-Be a nice person
-Coaching and assistant coaching of our group strength training sessions of 5-10 athletes on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with the ability to expand into more training sessions based on ability to coach
-Be on time and mentally prepared to coach at a high level every day
-Engaging and attentive to the athletes in the session
-Guiding them through their session from when they walk in to when they leave
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
