Job Description
- Collaborate with stakeholders - IT, Administration, Product
- Being seen as a subject matter expert and valued consultant
- Provide management status reporting, as agreed, against tasks or objectives on a regular basis
- Develop and provide communications strategies / plans
- Develop and maintain Business Requirements, Process Design document with all requirements being clearly and specifically documented and traceable through the Development Life Cycle
- Ensure initiative risks and issues are current and clearly identifiable and traceable, resolved or escalated as appropriate
- Constructing and mapping of API’s to deliver the TOM
- Develop, refine and execute Test scenarios (including test data requirements) as part of User Acceptance Testing
- Develope implementation or release management documentation for end user groups with the provision of training and assistance prior to and post implementation
Qualifications
- Developed analysis skills and problem solving skills, with a particular focus within Group Life Insurance – Claims, Underwriting and Administration
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications, and articulated solutions
- Good self- management skills, planning, organising and time management skills
- Able to identify potential business, commercial and technical risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies
- Superior oral and written communication skills with an ability to relate well with others and explain complex problems in a simple manner
- Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to positive outcomes for the team
- Ability to develop and execute test cases based on business requirements
