Job Description
TAL are seeking an experienced relationship manager to join the Group Life & Investments business unit.
This role can be based from our Sydney 2000 CBD office or our Melbourne 3000 office.
You will be accountable for the delivery of high quality services to AustraliaSuper, the management of operational and strategic account plans and maintaining strong and effective stakeholder relationship across peers at TAL
What will you be responsible for?
- The delivery of high quality services to TAL's partners and their customers
- Leading key relationships with TAL's partners on a day to day basis
- Management of operational and strategic account plans
- Developing and executing service proposition to support our partners
- Maintenance of strong and effective stakeholder relationship across peers at TAL
- Coordination of activities to ensure key TAL commitments are achieved
- Supporting TAL and working with the Partner to deliver industry leadership and advocacy
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will have:
- At least 5 years working within a similar role with Superannuation and Group Life Insurance experience preferred
- Enjoy relationship management, collaboration and have negotiation/influencing capabilities
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of group insurance pricing
- Proven experience with analytical and problem solving abilities
- Confident communication and presentation skills
- Excellent client management, interpersonal and customer service skills
