Job Title:  Litigation Attorney, Insurance Defense

Growing, highly respected, technology-driven multi-site insurance defense firm, seeks an experienced Litigation Attorney for the Atlanta, Georgia office.   Ideal candidates must desire to provide high quality legal representation, demonstrate solid legal knowledge with excellent client service as part of the legal team. Experience in civil litigation, products liability, or insurance defense - preferred.   Competitive salary and benefits package. Signing bonus, casual and hybrid-work environment.  

Requirements: 

• Minimum of 3 year's of prior experience with insurance defense litigation
• Trial preparation, mediation, arbitration, and courtroom experience
• Taking depositions including expert witness depositions
• Drafting motions, demurrers, motions for summary judgment and other dispositive motions
• Drafting case evaluations and opinion letters
• Strong advocacy, research, writing and negotiation skills
• Exceptional analytical skills, and legal acumen required is required for successful litigation work
• Qualified candidates should be in good standing with the Georgia State Bar
