Required Technology And Skills
- 6 years of IT experience, specifically in supporting critical business infrastructure within professional services
- Expertise with technologies including:
- Active Directory (Group Policy, DNS, DHCP)
- Windows and Linux OS
- SCCM/MECM
- Citrix, NetScaler, VMware, PowerShell, Nutanix, Cohesity, HPE and APC hardware, Microsoft 365, Azure, MSSQL, Ansible
- Skilled in virtualization and networking
- Knowledge of network management and monitoring systems
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field is preferred
- Experience with provisioning, configuration, and deployment automation is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset
- Self-starter, ability to work independently and within a team environment
