Our customer has asked Talent 101 to identify a Facilities Safety Technician for a 12 month project located in Dallas, Texas.
What is the project about, what will the selected candidate be doing and what is the outcome our customer expects?
Our client is seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Manufacturing Safety Technician to join our semiconductor manufacturing team. The ideal candidate would have prior experience understanding industry standardization concepts such as ISO. This role will be primarily responsible to ensure that inventory, tools, products and WIP are properly accounted for and stored in the appropriate place.
What is required to be successful in this opportunity?
- Organized individual with eye for detail, vision for process or operational improvement
- Understanding of manufacturing safety issues, a semiconductor FAB presents
- Knowledge of ISO, 5S or similar quality and standards program desired
- Knowledge of FAB tools, chemicals and processes used in FAB operations
- Ability to organize and elevate “as-is” situation and transform to “should-be” using a customer-centric focus.
