FAA Acquisition Support Site Supervisor

Terrestris, LLC is seeking a Site Supervisor with strong Acquisition Support/1102 qualifications to help manage an acquisition service contract in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Services required include, but are not limited to, acquisition and administration of contracts for supplies, services, spares, repair and maintenance and construction services. The Site Supervisor will lead a team that will assist government employees with preparing their up-front acquisition documentation in compliance with established acquisition policy and procedures. The team will also provide Cost/Pricing Support for Contracting Officers (COs) and Contract Specialists (CSs).

What You Will Be Doing

• • Serve as the Primary Subject Matter Expert on the Federal Acquisition process and the application of FARs.
• • Serve as the primary point of contact for the CO, COR or PM to resolve problems under the contract.
• • Ensure reports and other deliverables, to include CDRLs, are delivered on time.
• • Maintain the appropriate staffing levels to meet the Government’s performance expectations.
• • Attend meetings pertaining to contract performance as required by the CO, at any time during the term of this contract.
• • Provide day-to-day supervision of employees performing under this contract.
• • Ensure all quality standards are met.
• • Receive, review, sign, and accept or reject Work Assignments from the CO/COR/ Program Manager.
• • Identify, communicate, and resolve delivery problems related to contracting activities especially in the Simplified Purchase area.
• • Assign work to individual employees.
• • Ensure work is completed timely and accurately including close out of purchase orders and contracts; and exercise of options to established contracts.

Requirements

• • 4-years’ experience in contracting or related positions.
• • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field required.
• • 8 years of progressive government contract experience.
• • 2 years Supervisory experience
• • Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills.
• • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite of tools, including SharePoint.
• • Expert level knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and acquisition planning.
• • Ability to work independently and in a team on very complex acquisitions.
• • Active affiliation with acquisition related industry groups is preferred.
• • DAWIA Level II or III Certification; or FAC-C in contracting strongly preferred.
