Summary: The Manager of Business to Business (B2B) Sales is a key owner of BrandsMart’s growing business to business program. The program consists of driving Business to Business (B2B) sales through local grass root efforts. The program is transitioning from a successful part-time focus to becoming a permanent and strategic component of BrandsMart’s revenue generation infrastructure. The ideal candidate is a self-driven and creative sales professional who can leverage and build on the existing tools to enhance the program’s impact on BrandsMart’s revenue.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Travel to multiple markets to build key business relationships, find new purchasing partners and explore revenue-generating opportunities
Work closely with store General Managers to learn the current business and opportunities for growth
Partner with internal stakeholders across IT, marketing, finance, and other areas to continuously run and improve the program
Continually document and systematize the program through the creation and maintenance of FAQs, playbooks, etc.
Partner with other teams to brainstorm, test, and implement new lead capture methods and lead types
Partner with field operators (store GMs) to cultivate and maintain strong relationships and a healthy feedback loop between stores and this role
Work with internal business analytics and merchandising other teams to measure program success and provide results to executive stakeholders on an appropriate cadence
Expected to be traveling 4 days per week
Required Education, Experience, and Certifications:
5-8 years of experience in sales management or growth-focused roles, with a strong emphasis on program management
Required Skills and Competencies:
Passionate and diverse leader who can work well with entry-level, part-time representatives and C-level leaders alike.
Ability to embrace change and create a culture of accountability to drive excellent and consistent performance.
Experience and comfort with outbound sales and lead generation tools and tactics.
Self-starter with strong sense of urgency and focus on driving results.
