Our intensive center-based services help children improve communication, social and behavior skills, self-help skills, and learning skills.Who are you? May Institute is seeking a compassionate and experienced leader who wants to make a difference in the lives of young children and families dealing with autism and other developmental delays. This position coordinates and oversees behavior analytic services for children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. You will guide the development of our ABA services and ensure quality service and supervision. You will maintain a caseload (approximately 10-15 hours) which consists of working directly with children and families; however, most of your time will be allocated to leadership and management activities.The Program Director is responsible for on-boarding of new employees and management of Center staff (e.g., direct therapists, senior therapists, BCBAs, administrative team members). The Program Director will also assist in managing the intake and waitlist and monitor implementation of programs for current center clients. Center-based services target the core and associated deficits of autism and our practices are derived from contemporary research in applied behavior analysis (e.g., verbal behavior). This position is also responsible for developing, supervising and cultivating a growing team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Behavior Therapists.In addition, the Program Director will manage the day-to-day practices of the program, provide oversight and manage the operating budget, performance metrics, and staffing levels. Qualifications:Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or allied discipline; Ph.D. preferred.Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA/BCBA-D).3 years of experience working with the design and implementation of treatment programs and experience in supervision and training of staff.Experience managing program budgets and monitoring operational and clinical data.Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems.Demonstrated compassion, empathy, and patience for children and families.Strong leadership and organization skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Knowledge of best practices for providing ABA services for children with autism (e.g., familiarity with CASP autism guidelines as well as state regulations and service specifications for treatment of individuals within our programs#IND2
