Job Posting for Servicing Support Representative at Talent Acquisition

Position Summary   The Servicing Support Representative is responsible for posting and researching payments and applying them to the correct accounts along with GAP payments. Posts payment  to customers' accounts. Update accounts with insurance fees and credits. Requests payments and apply the payment to the correct account. Reverse payments on accounts that are disputed. Process Cancellations is vendor's system to customer. Applies insurance fees and credits to customer accounts. Performs other duties as assigned.     Qualifications   Required High School Diploma/GED 2-4 years of customer service experience Computer literacy to include Data Entry, Microsoft Word, Excel, & Outlook Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Preferred 1-2 years of automotive and/or insurance experience
