What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technician II position at Talent Acquisition?
Position Summary
Automotive Technicians / Mechanics are critical to our business and overall success. We are a full-service auto repair shop that works on all makes and models in a production, non-customer facing environment.
Perform work as outlined on repair order(s) with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
Examine the vehicle to determine if additional safety or service work is required. Notify Production Manager immediately if additional work outlined is not needed and/or required.
Will be doing main/lead maintenance on vehicles. This is a lead technician role
Must have own set of tools
Document all work performed.
Road-test vehicles when required or refer to test technician.
Maintain neat, organized and clean work area.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required
High School Diploma/GED
4 –6 years of automotive mechanical experience
Possess their own set of tools.
Computer literacy to include Data Entry, Microsoft Office Suite
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
