Responsibilities:
• 2-4 years’ Experience in support and maintenance of SAP ARIBA projects for clients across the globe
• Functional knowledge and working experience with SAP Ariba implementation.
• Experience related to P2P or S2P system implementation/ configuration.
• Experience in analytical analysis with procurement and supply chain focus
• Ensure SLA related KPIs are adhered to.
• Must be able to translate client business rules to technical business requirements. Must possess strong analytical skills.
• Ability to confidently articulate information identified for delivery to the client.
• Experience in Application Maintenance Support. L0, L1 & L2 Responsible for management of Client Impact tickets. Accountable for Service Restoral / Permanent Resolution of production incidents.
• Responsible for successful Production start-up, Understanding of Roles & Authorizations
• Hands on Configuration experience
• Experience defining, implementing, and supporting business processes.
