Position: Product Support specialist
Location: Austin, TX ( Onsite 5 days a week )
Mode: Full-Time
Mandatory Skills: C Python embedded
We are seeking Product Support Specialists with strong expertise in C or Python along with proficiency in Javascript (Angular). You will support a data annotation tool, assisting users in resolving technical issues, understanding the product, and debugging code. Strong communication skills are essential as you’ll interact directly with users, often troubleshooting their code in real-time. Key Responsibilities: ● Provide technical support for a data annotation tool ● Understand user issues, diagnose problems, and provide effective solutions ● Read, debug, and triage user-submitted code (C /Python Javascript) ● Collaborate with the development team to escalate and resolve complex issues ● Deliver clear and effective communication to users in English Required Skills: ● Proficiency in C or Python ● Experience with Javascript (Angular framework) ● Strong problem-solving and debugging skills ● Excellent communication skills to understand, explain, and solve technical problems ● Ability to work in a shift-based environment Preferred: ● Prior experience in product support or technical support roles ● Knowledge of data annotation tools
