In this role you will work alongside midwivesnurses and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional support toexpecting mothers and their families during the birthingprocess.

KeyResponsibilities :

• Provide handson assistance and emotional support to mothers inlabor ensuring their comfort and wellbeing throughoutthe birthing process.
• Educate andguide families on birthing techniques breastfeeding infant care andpostpartum health.
• Collaborate with midwivesnurses and physicians to facilitate smooth and safe deliveriesanticipating and addressing patient needspromptly.
• Assist with initialassessments and care of newborns including vital sign checks andbasic procedures under the direction of healthcareprofessionals.
• Advocate for thewishes and preferences of the birthing family ensuring they feelempowered and informed throughout theirexperience.
• Ensure birthingsuites and common areas are clean organized and stocked withnecessarysupplies.

Qualifications :

• Demonstrateexceptional empathy and emotional intelligence understanding thesensitivity and importance of the birthing experiencefor families.
• Effectivelycommunicate with patients families and the healthcare teamfostering trust and cooperation.
• Possess awarm and calming demeanor able to provide encouragement andreassurance during challenging moments.
