AOG Maintenance Technicians: $45-$55 Per Hour Depending on Experience
- Available to Work 7 on/7 off Schedule (on-site 6am - 4:30pm)
- 30 hours of overtime per week worked.

Certifications, Licenses, & Badging:
- REQUIRED: Current FAA Airframe and Power Plant Certification
- Ability to attain Love Field Badge
- Valid Driver's License
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Act as Business Jet's professional representative while performing maintenance offsite
- Provide timely support for AOG maintenance events
- Coordinate with mobile maintenance team on tech data, tooling, logistics for each dispatch
- Communicate with customer maintenance control
- Research and brief specific airframe & power plant system troubleshooting/repair schemes
- Troubleshoot and perform maintenance and repairs on aircraft and engines
- Assist and train other technicians in repair of aircraft systems, airframe structure, and engines
- Complete all required work order entries for discrepancies, corrective actions, billing
- Track expenses and submit expense reports immediately upon return to base
Education, Experience & Skills:
- Minimum of High School Diploma
- At least five (5) years of aviation maintenance required.
- Preferred experience on Gulfstream, Global, Falcon, Challenger, and similar aircraft.
- Preferred engine experience on BR710, HTF7000, PW306, TFE-731, PT6
- Proficient and practical knowledge of basic airframe and engine repair.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills and aviation software.
- Ability to maintain accurate and detailed records
- Strong problem-solving skills.
Overall Description of Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to various weather conditions. The employee may be exposed to loud noise levels in and around their work environment. The physical demands regularly required are to sit for extended periods of time, squat, crawl, climb along with the ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Daily interaction with Clients where tact and consideration are mandatory while maintaining a team effort in customer service. Business Jet is an IS-BAO Stage III Certified Operator with FAA Approved SMS/ASAP Programs.
