They are designed to last through evolution, and as our business continues to adapt to the changing technology landscape so will this team.  Our Consultants operate as part of the client's team, going to market with the client brand but with the support of the Talent business. We are now looking to hire an awesome TA Partner for our growing team where you will be deployed onsite with one of our clients. This role is a 6 month max term contract. Some of what you'll be doing:Identifying, screening and interviewing candidates from the technology & digital sectorBuilding and managing talent pools proactivelyUtilising multiple recruitment tools and search methodologiesEffectively managing the expectations of hiring managersCoordinating interviews, assessments, offers and the on-boarding of new employeesAct as a daily conduit with the Talent International digital recruitment team to leverage a wider candidate baseQualifications3 Years of recruitment experience working in a fast-paced environment ideally with both an agency and inhouse backgroundA background of working with and a passion for the Australian technology industryKnowledge of recruitment research and headhunting techniquesExceptional communication and relationship building ability.A high attention to detail with an ability to handle ambiguity while operating within a structured process.An excellent work ethic and a desire for continued learningThe ability to meet deadlines in a rapidly changing environment, prioritising your time and using your initiative to provide solutions to what are often intangible services.Additional InformationWhat's in it for you?'Talent Time Out' -  Additional days off for resting and rechargingAward winning workplace cultureOpportunities for development and career progressionIf this sounds like the next step in your already successful recruitment career, then hit apply and learn more.
