Job Details

TalentAmp is looking for Infrastructure Technician I that will facilitate the installation, maintenance, and optimization of the distributed computing-communication environment. This includes managing desktops, network infrastructure, as well as voice and data communication systems. The role involves providing field technical support to end-users and operational systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Install personal computers, telephones, networking, and peripheral equipment according to established procedures.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on voice and data communication systems and associated hardware, maintaining precise documentation.
  • Participate actively in Safety and Environmental programs, ensuring adherence to MIS policies and site operational objectives.
  • Troubleshoot voice, network, PC, and basic wireless issues to identify and resolve infrastructure problems.

Qualifications:

  • Two years of computer/electronic systems troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair experience.
  • Technical expertise in installing, repairing, and maintaining PC hardware, software, printers, fax machines, and telephone handsets.
  • Effective analysis, troubleshooting, and diagnosis skills for computers, peripherals, cellular, and voice systems.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and wireless technology.
  • Familiarity with voice systems like PBX and VoIP.

Preferred:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • A Certification
  • Network Certification
