- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities-
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills-
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction and as a team-
- Highly self-motivated and directed
- Experience and proficiency with Microsoft, Visio, SharePoint and Office applications
- Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
- Experience in eliciting functional and technical requirements based off business requirements and interviews/meetings with business system users.
- Experience working with Team Foundation Server (TFS)
