- Administer procedures for Warehouse Lending Operations.
- Support daily tasks like posting wires, monitoring funds, and journal entries.
- Provide excellent client service and manage client interactions confidently.
- Identify and escalate operational issues, contributing to solutions.
- Collaborate effectively in a team environment to achieve business goals.
- Maintain attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
- Share knowledge and support team learning and development.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Prior experience in loan servicing or accounting preferred.
