Leverage and combine different industry standard scaling concepts to specific business problems that best supports scaled Agile values and principles

Please note the requirement to be in the office 3 days/week. sr. level agile coach – focused on engaging with senior business leaders in transforming our operating model to agile ways-of-working.
As a result, they have to quickly build trust and credibility with leaders across business and technology; having the experience of previously leading and coaching the product line through what it takes to transform.
They will need to conduct discovery to understand where the product is at with respect to their current ways of working and maturity level and develop an approach to help the product line along the transformation journey; and stay within the guiderails of the Client Agile Framework (our playbook).
This is NOT a scrum team level coaching engagement, although we would expect the coach to have previous experience coaching teams.
This is NOT "Training” teams or people in a classroom or workshop; this is active coaching, immersing yourself into a business, pairing up with a product line within Commercial Banking.
They should have experience in developing product roadmaps/canvas, OKRS, customer personas and journeys, etc.
They need to flex with the product line, meeting them where they are at and developing an approach to engage with them to bring them to a product centric, customer focused operating model with the right routines (at scale) supporting them.
Salary : $90 - $100
