We are seeking a Senior Analyst with extensive experience in Oracle Cloud for a modernization and implementation project. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing Oracle Cloud modules, particularly in the finance domain, including GL subledger work, AP projects, and core AR functionalities. This individual will be a core member of our team, responsible for handling the Oracle Cloud implementation internally, not as a consultant but as an integral part of our organization.
Responsibilities:
Acts as a liaison with stakeholders to analyze the needs of various functional business areas while enhancing software and reinforcing business standards.
Oracle Cloud ERP Implementation experience in Finance - AP, AR, GL, FA, Cash Mgmt.
Fully comprehend Republic Services requirements and translate them into implementable solutions using leading Oracle Cloud ERPT.
Creates detailed documentation of functional, system (non-functional), user and reporting requirements that may include but is not limited to: Use Cases, Logical Models, Process Flow Diagrams, Report Specifications and Data Mapping & Flow Diagrams.
Performs research and analysis for proposed projects to determine feasibility and durability.
Performs profiling and analysis of data from source systems.
Ensures that solution requirements area clearly documented, communicated, and validated.
Provides support to functional and user acceptance testing groups throughout development life cycle.
Assists with the creation of value proposition (ROI) for proposed projects.
Initiates and actively participates in projects related to improvements and automation of various business processes in Finance applications and develops cost/benefit analyses in support of system initiatives.
Evaluates and recommends changes to current and future ERP System configuration and introduces new financial reporting/processing tools to meet organizational needs.
Facilitates the creation of reports using the OTBI and other reporting tools provided by Oracle Cloud ERP applications.
Actively assists with change management process that proactively identifies system changes and incorporates an appropriate impact analysis and approval for such changes across the ERP system management/owners.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Oracle ERP Cloud experience in at least one or more of these modules: General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Assets
Experience implementing some combination of Oracle Financials EBS/Cloud applications such as:
General Ledger (GL), Sub-ledger Accounting (SLA), Financial Accounting Hub (FAH), Receivables (AR), Payables (AP), Cash Management
