Sr. Programmer Analyst

1. What will this person be responsible for on a day to day basis?

-Customization and coding in Windchill 

1. Is there a specific business unit your team supports?

-Global Quality Group is the business stakeholder

1. What % of the job is new project work vs. maintaining what’s currently in place?

- Most of the work is enhancements/ customizations by coding in WC. 60% is coding while 40% is documentation, validation, etc.

1. Can you give me an example or two of projects this person will be involved with/ responsible for?

- Projects are all focused around customizing/ enhancing their Windchill Application.

 MUST HAVE skillsets: 

1. Must have 5 years of experience as a programmer/configuration analyst utilizing and configuring in Windchill (prefers current experience)
2. Must have experience configuring, testing and implementing in an environment in a heavily regulated environment.
   1. Must also understand (and be okay with) the fact that 40% of the job is documentation and working with the quality validation team to ensure they meet federal regulations
3. Must have experience working in Agile Environment
4. Must have experience developing/ integrating API’s with Windchill
5. Must have experience using backend Windchill development in Java (Terumo will teach their business and workflows)
6. Must have some experience developing the Front-End in windchill
7. Must have experience working in AWS cloud base system
8. Must have experience with at least three of the following Windchill modules: Doc Mgmt., Change Control, Non Conformance, CAPA, Complaints, Audits, PLM, Supplier Controls, Thingworks
9. Must be willing to work tickets once every five weeks. This doesn’t usually happen but they need someone to be on call/point of contact.
10. Must have experience working with the business stakeholders to understand requirements and build solutions in Windchill to meet those requirements. their Global Quality Group is the biz stakeholder
