Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in Agile methodologies, particularly Kanban, to support our infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of infrastructure operations and a proven track record of facilitating agile practices, enabling the team to deliver high-quality infrastructure solutions efficiently. for profiles.:

Key Responsibilities:
5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with at least 3 years in an infrastructure or IT operations environment.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Kanban and other Agile methodologies.
Experience working with infrastructure teams on projects involving cloud, networking, servers, storage, and/or data centers.
Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
Strong understanding of infrastructure concepts and the ability to translate technical language to non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency in Agile tools like Jira, Trello, or similar.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex challenges.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Certifications:
Certified Scrum Master (CSM),
Certified Kanban Management Professional (KMP), or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
