- Entry level role.
- Schedule for OQ (operator qualification) center.
- Fields emails and calls, requests to schedule people for training.
- Sending out invites to individuals and supervisors.
- Scheduling into classes.
- Tracking day to day stuff – who showed up, who didn't show up, who has to be rescheduled.
- Execration reports daily – who is planning to come in the next day for testing/training.
- Excel use, outlook calendar, interpersonal skills.
- Very Administrative based.
- In the gas world – federal code – operator qualifications – they have to pass computer based testing and performance based testing – showing evaluator that they can fuse things together. Etc. mostly for field workers.
- Great computer skills, Administrative skills.
- The Associate Analyst provides analytical support for a specific business area.
- Experience with analytics, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Word is required.
Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent education/experience is required.
Experience: Zero to 2 years' experience is required in a related work area./ Fresh Grad, some schooling is a must.
Interview: In person – 1 round then hire
