Title: Desktop Technician
Location: 300 Maple Ridge Drive, Cumberland RI
Duration: 4 Months Contract to Hire
Job Description
Deskside technician support. Duties include: deskside services and manufacturing support including, but not limited to, issues related to desktops, laptops and peripherals, including printers, set up and configuration of computers for new users and are responsible for any physical work relating to the computers, such as repairing software or hardware issues and moving workstations to another location. Candidate must possess excellent organizational, communication, customer service skills and be reliable.
A certification PREFERRED.
If converted to Full-Time, Client will pay for the certification. Must be willing to get the certification if hired Full-Time.
Experience must include:
- AD administration – distribution lists access and creation, creating service accounts, Client user accounts provisioning, resource mailboxes access and creation, misc. permissions, reset passwords
- SCCM – software distribution and remote control
- Exchange 2010 experience – apply send as and full mailbox permissions, Distribution list management, email name changes
- Service Now ticketing system experience
- Troubleshooting skills
- Hardware Upgrades
- Windows 10 experience
- O365 Console experience
- Canon Secure Print and Client printer troubleshooting
- Executive support experience
- Zebra printer experience a plus
- VPN Knowledge
- MFA Knowledge
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $14.08 - $32.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
