Title: Industrial Worker
Location: Manassas, VA 20109
Duration : 10 Months
Powder Support - M-F, 10am - 7pm
Will need to complete training 8 - 5pm, then moved to 10 - 7pm after.
The purpose of this position is:
Performs activities to support the production of powder and liquid products through weighing, milling, packaging and labeling of chemical components.
This position includes significant duties such as:
- Weighs and stages chemicals for use in making powders or liquid products.
- Maintains chemical storage areas.
- Loads and operates milling equipment to produce powder products.
- Packages powders and chemicals.
- Performs all activities in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures.
- Works in low-humidity room and other regulated areas.
- Maintains cleanliness and housekeeping for all Powder areas, including weighing, milling, and filling areas.
- Follows all rules and regulations of policies.
- Trains on all applicable Standard Operating Procedures per the current Training Matrix.
- Frequently lifts and/or moves up to 50 pounds
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
