Job Description
Title: Product Designer III
Location: REMOTE
Duration: 4 months plus extensions
We are seeking a Product Designer to redesign our Help Center. Our Help Center is where our customers learn how to use by reading articles, watching videos, reading/contributing to our Community, and handling their support requests with client.
The scope of the redesign will include:
Updates to the existing user experience, including the taxonomy.
Refreshing the look and feel with our new branding.
Adding new features to provide our customers with even more help and support options.
As a Product Designer, you'll partner with our Senior Product Design contractor and initially work with our Principal Designer for guidance on the experience you'll redesign. Weekly, you'll also sync with our Senior Product Design Manager. Throughout the contract, you'll be expected to participate in a few rounds of reviews with stakeholders and approvers.
You are expected to work independently after the initial onboarding and guidance, using the feedback and requirements to guide your day-to-day.
Day-to-day tasks include:
- Design work in Figma
- Frequent communication with our Senior Product Designer Principal Designer and Senior Product Design Manager
- Attending weekly meetings
- Attending meetings with stakeholders to receive feedback and iterate on designs over the lifecycle of the project
Qualifications:
- Significant digital Product Design experience
- User Experience and User Interface Design experience
- Experience working within a Design Systems
- Experience working with Figma
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-output team
- Great written and verbal communication skills
