- CLIENT's Creative Cloud is the gold standard for creative professionals! The International Experience team focuses on understanding the needs of our international customers when using Creative Cloud.
- Working in close partnership with other teams across CLIENT's, you will help support the future direction and strategy for our international presence around the world.
- In this position, you will define key international markets CLIENT's should potentially invest in and develop an understanding around product needs across multiple regions. You will help to determine how we can increase product usage by understanding key workflows for that market.
- You will closely partner with other members of the product management team to understand workflows in different regions.
- Use data, customer research, competitive insights, and industry-proven methodologies to build innovative capabilities and compelling user experiences in existing markets.
- Research and use data to determine whether there are new regions CLIENT's should invest in.
- Identify and set metrics and targets for that new market, and help determine an analytics and reporting strategy to demonstrate impact post-launch.
- Build quality relationships with all affiliated teams and maintain regular communications.
- Engage with regional sales and product marketing in understanding their Go-To-Market plans.
- An enthusiastic, creative and innovative approach.
- An ability to articulate product requirements, functional specs and user stories.
- Self-starter, results driven, attention to detail and follow-through, and ability to work optimally at all levels within the organization and with partners.
- Excellent written and communication skills and equally able to talk to and influence others.
- Ability to craft clear, compelling recommendations supported by strong analysis and business logic, and articulate them to the organization to gain support for recommendations.
- Able to easily alternate between high level strategy planning and day-to-day implementation.
