Job Description
We are seeking Laborers to join our team! We are a plant-based recycling group focused on maximizing its client’s revenue generation from recyclable paper. The Laborer is responsible for supporting plant operations in a safe and effective manner while maintaining the production floor. Shift hours are Monday-Friday 7AM-4PM for 1st shift and 3PM-12AM for 2nd shift.
Pay Range: $15.00 - $17.00
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performing manual material separation for processing
- Removing non-compliant materials during the sorting process
- Handling and storage of incoming materials in the appropriate area of the plant
- General plant housekeeping inside and outside the building
- Reporting equipment issues to supervisor/maintenance staff
Qualifications:
- 0-2 years’ experience in an industrial environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to pass a drug test
