This is a direct hire, 1st shift position with a starting pay of $19 - $21 per hour depending upon experience.
*Duties and Responsibilities:- Tracking of all applicants and onboarding processes
- Assist for FMLA tracking
- Employment Verifications
- Complete D.O.L. paperwork as needed
- Assist with new hire benefits enrollment
- Serve as backup for STD, FMLA and Payroll
- Update ERP/HR systems consistently and correctly
- Other duties as assigned
- Minimum HS-Diploma - Associates or Bachelors in Human Resources or related preferred
- Minimum 2 years current experience with HR / Payroll systems - experience with Kronos a plus
- Understanding of FMLA, D.O.L., Payroll, Office Applications, Accounts Payable and Benefits Administration
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Ability to correspond in Spanish is a bonus
