*Duties & Responsibilities:
- Promote, develop, and oversees compliance of quality systems and materials
- Manage quality policies, standards, procedures, and programs
- Validate and update quality processes
- Interact with customer service, production, and engineering teams
- Work with dealers and consumers to support quality
- Manage the quality inspection process
- Set quality objectives, metrics, and targets
- Develop training manuals and other educational materials
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
- Quality control leadership experience in the boating or marine industry
- Experience and training in PPAP, DVP, DFMEA, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma
