Talent One Recruitment is partnering with a leading furniture assembly company in Norwalk, CA, to identify an experienced Parts Coordinator. This role is integral to ensuring efficient inventory management, exceptional customer service, and smooth coordination between various departments.

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday - Friday (Occasional O.T and weekends)

Role and Responsibilities:
As a Parts Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining an organized stock of spare parts, facilitating seamless customer interactions, and optimizing vendor relationships. Your responsibilities include:
  • Procuring and replenishing spare parts by efficiently managing the ordering and receiving process.
  • Providing accurate price quotes to customers and effectively managing backorders.
  • Cultivating strong vendor relations by promptly addressing invoicing, shipment slips, and billing matters.
  • Conducting routine inspections of inventory to guarantee inventory levels meet customer delivery demands.
  • Collaborating with different departments to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
  • Proactively identifying low inventory levels and initiating timely orders to replenish stock.
  • Working across warehouses, maintenance departments, and wholesale and retail outlets to oversee parts inventory.
Qualifications:
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Carpentry knowledge is preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse departments.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple inventories.
  • Strong Excel skills for accurate data management and analysis.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
