Description:
Performs general clerical operations tasks that are routine and/or repetitive in nature. Simple tasks with little to no experience needed. Duties may include: receiving, logging, batching and/or distributing work; filing, photocopying, faxing, taking phone messages, preparing and distributing incoming and/or outgoing mail or boxes; verifying or matching data on documents and/or items; performing simple data entry tasks; compiling simple data.
Required Qualifications:
- 6 months of experience meeting deadlines in a business or office environment demonstrated through work or military experience.
Desired Qualifications:
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
- Attention to detail and accuracy skills
Additional Details:
- Lockbox accounts receivable for large customers
- Business to business payments
- Process payment 24/7
- Open mail and processing the mail according to the instructions high volume and basically 24/7.
- Add information to the computer supplemental information.
- Most standard instructions open and process at a terminal and tracking contents from envelope.
- Open the mail from post office and processing the mail according to the instructions high volume and basically 24/7.
