Talentry is looking for a skilled Manager of Financial
Planning and Analysis (FP&A) to provide accurate and timely analyses,
forecasts, budgets, financial project planning and management, and modeling.
The right person for this role will provide a comprehensive
financial approach, while implementing tactical steps with the team to ensure
strategic goals are met. He or she will also suggest tools and process, generate
reports and dashboards, and provide training for more junior personnel.
Requirements
Requirements:
BS in Accounting or Finance, or similar field. MBA or Masters
in Finance a plus.
4-8 years of experience in accounting and finance, to
include proven FP&A management experience.
Good communicator and planner, who is a proven self-starter.
Ability to be available to manage urgent priorities with flexibility.
