Immediate opening for an Accounting Clerk in Riverside, CA who possesses:
- 1-2 years' experience in accounting
- Experience entering invoices
- Hands on experience speaking with vendors to ensure accurate invoicing
FULL DESCRIPTION:
The selected candidate will further possess:
- Receiving and recording vouchers, cash, and checks
- Entering debits and credits into software applications and databases accurately
- Producing a variety of reports including income statements and balance sheets
- Checking for accuracy in reports, figures, and postings
- Reconciling and reporting any discrepancies found in the records
- Interacting with vendors to ensure timely and accurate payments
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
