Talewise is looking for energetic and animated individuals who are looking for a fun way to make a difference in children's lives this summer.
We present interactive, live science programs for kids and their families. (There is NO need to be a scientist — we will teach you everything you need to know!) This is a great opportunity for performers and actors looking for part-time work!
Qualifications:
- Have a reliable car
- Love traveling to new places and meeting new people
- Enjoy interacting with and entertaining kids of all ages
- Looking for a fun and flexible summer job
- Can follow a script and safety protocols
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excited to make a difference and inspire the next generation of scientists!
- Experience presenting, acting, and/or performing is a huge plus!
Responsibilities:
- Learn our show and science experiments. (Training is paid!)
- Drive to customer locations (schools, libraries, camps, etc.)
- Perform our interactive 45 minute show for children and their families
- Chat with families and promote the company
- Restock your supplies and submit invoices/receipts
Compensation:
- $100 per 45-minute show
- Additional travel stipend to cover gas
Eligible candidates will be contacted to submit a video of themselves performing a brief snippet of our show script.
