Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in financial accounting, balance sheet reconciliation, and payroll. Knowledge of LIHTC, accrual accounting, and accounts receivable is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Perform account reconciliation and balance sheet reconciliation.
- Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collections.
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements.
Skills:
- Proficiency in financial acumen and understanding of financial concepts.
- Experience in accrual accounting and account reconciliation.
- Familiarity with payroll processes and accounts receivable.
- Ability to conduct balance sheet reconciliation effectively.
- Understanding of wills, trusts, and estate law would be beneficial.
