Network Planning Manager

We are looking for an experienced Network Planning Manager to join our Network and Clinical Quality team. This role will be responsible for supporting and overseeing capacity management for our provider networks, as well as network reporting. We are looking for someone who has a love for and a grasp of the healthcare space, and wants to bring their talents into a "for purpose" space. What You'll Do

• Network capacity
  • Understand the capacity of Talkspace's provider networks, as well as user demand, by state and line of business.
  • Utilize insights to help assess readiness for new business and make recommendations around network growth as needed.
  • Collaborate with Recruitment & Credentialing teams and help determine growth targets to meet demand.
  • Communicate opportunities for multi-state licensure to interested providers based on areas of need, state regulations permitting.
  • Coordinate with the business development team for insight on sales & implementation pipelines to provide recommendations on network adequacy.
  • Research and propose alternative solutions for growing Talkspace's therapy network in high need states based on fluctuations in demand.
• Network reporting
  • Prepare reports and presentations on network performance for internal stakeholders
  • Optimize existing reports for Talkspace's provider network to align with internal best practices
  • Create a weekly internal newsletter to share network insights cross-functionally
  • Deliver external reporting for Talkspace customers on a regular basis
• Additional Network duties as assigned

About You

• BA/BS degree
• 2-3 years experience in operations and analytics
• Experience using Google Suite - specifically Google Slides and Sheets or Excel and Powerpoint for analytics & reporting (i.e. pivot tables, charts)
• Proficiency in Looker or similar data analytics tool
• Ability to work cross-functionally
• Creative, out-of-the box thinking
• Strong written communication skills

• Industry knowledge of growing provider networks and mental health landscapes by state is a plus
