Responsibilities
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for:
Supports Accounts Payable (AP) department, resolves On Demand Accounts Payable-Global Healthcare Exchange (ODAP-GHX) exceptions, administerslarge-volume critical vendor accounts, and works with buyers to resolve purchase order (PO) discrepancies and clear daily invoice errors. Providesback up support to supervisor.

Qualifications
Education:
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
Experience:
- Three (3) years of relevant job-related experience
Certification/License/Registry:
- None
Prefererred Qualifications:
- Some college coursework. Five (5) or moreyears of relevant job-related experience.
