Job Posting for Seamstress / Tailor at Tallgrass Tailor

Skilled Seamstress/Tailor needed for a variety of alterations on men's and women's clothing, specifically dresses and wedding gowns.

Must have experience using sewing equipment, specifically: straight stitch machine and serging machine.

Must have prior knowledge of common alterations procedures performed on dresses, pants, and shirts.

Applicants are encouraged to work from home but must have a reliable schedule that allows for pick-up and drop off of items at store location twice a week.

Thread and other materials required for the alterations will be provided.

Specialty tools and machinery will be provided.

Pay Rate: Services are priced by the piece which allows a skilled seamstress/tailor to make up to $30 per hour. Pricing is variable and will be discussed during interview process.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour

  • Weekends as needed
