We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Patrol Officer. As a Patrol Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and security of our premises and ensuring the well-being of our staff and visitors. Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to deter and detect any suspicious activity
- Monitor CCTV cameras and respond promptly to any potential security breaches
- Respond to alarms and emergency situations in a timely manner
- Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain order and safety
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting staff and visitors with inquiries or concerns
- Conduct investigations into incidents, gather evidence, and write detailed reports
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage to property
- Utilize conflict management techniques to de-escalate tense situations

Experience:

- Knowledge of surveillance techniques and equipment

- Strong understanding of security protocols and procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions
- Attention to detail and strong observational skills
