Part client servicing and part office management - as the Branch Office Administrator you are expected to excel at the following core competencies:

You will need to be well-organized, and expect for a typical day to revolve around multitasking and working with technology and people. Daily duties may include:
* Partnering with management to lead the team on projects and initiatives
* Overseeing appointment setting and scheduling
* Answering phones
* Processing client requests
* Updating prospect and client data records
* Preparing a variety of reports for scheduled appointments and existing clients
* Tracking office time and attendance
* Assisting with marketing campaigns and events in your area
All of these activities are performed during normal office hours.
Talon builds quality, one-to-one relationships between client and advisor, and the advisors are able to maintain those relationships with the help of our team. When clients have questions or servicing requests, the advisor will often depend on us to provide a timely response.
