Security Officer

Talos Security is hiring for our part-time, on-call and Event Teams.

Skills Required:

• Great Customer Service Skills
• Requires a high school diploma or GED
• Previous security experience
• Should be customer-service driven. Position requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy along with the ability to handle customer service situations
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with co-workers and the public. Required to investigate and write reports
• Exercise good judgment and implement instructions
• Ability to understand and follow standard operating procedures
• Ability to perform duties in a professional manner
• Ability to take initiative and make important decisions within established policy and procedures
• Well organized and attention to detail
• Professional appearance
• Must maintain confidentiality at all times

Other Requirements:

• Must have and maintain a valid Montana Driver’s License
• Must have clean driving record
• Montana Guard Card preferred but not required
• Must be 18 years of age

Schedule: Multiple Shifts Available. Schedule varies by Event.

Pay: $20/hr Depending on Experience, shifts and Event.

License/Certification:

• Montana Drivers License
• Montana Guard Card (preferred but not required)

Work Location: Flathead Valley and surrounding areas

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday

• Customer service: 1 year (Required)
• Security: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
• Montana Guard Card (Preferred)
