Job Description
Position : Financial Reporting Analyst
Location : Chicago IL – Remote
Direct Client Requirement
• Prepare monthly reporting, business analysis and key data summaries. Assist in the budget and forecasting process, and periodic analysis of business performance.
• Looking for an advanced Excel user, capable of complex analysis with large data sets. Must be proficient in creating Pivot Tables, Macros and using advanced formulas within Excel. Should be able to tell a story with data. Required knowledge and experience in data benchmarking. Knowledge in RFP process. Experience in Supply Chain is also recommended.
• Experience in monitoring project costs. Research projects and prepare correcting entries, as necessary. Prepare project cost accruals. Possesses knowledge of industry joint interest and revenue operations.
• Work on existing agreements in Technology, RFP and sourcing activities. Work with legal and blue plans for new and existing agreements. Provide help to expand use on national agreements with blue plans and their affiliations.
Responsible for:
• Data collection and analysis
• Provide various benchmarking analysis and reports
• Prepare Power point presentations for blue plans
• Market research and literature reviews
• Assist in Telecom & IT categories for data analysis
• Coordinate with supplier and legal and support to establish national
• agreements
• Working with suppliers to develop marketing communication and
• communicate with blue plans
• Contract amendments and follow up with Legal
• Assist in contract execution, implementation and supplier reviews for
• assigned contracts.
• RFP/RFI for Technology category
• Good verbal and communication skills. Proficient in Excel.
