Overview:
Join our team as a Server and be part of a dynamic and fast-paced dining environment. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional guest service and creating memorable dining experiences.
Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus, make recommendations, and take food and beverage orders
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them throughout their meal
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
Experience:
- Previous experience in the hospitality or food industry preferred
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures
- Strong guest service skills with a focus on guest relations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus
- Sales skills to promote menu items and upsell when appropriate
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
