Maintenance Technician
We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for supervising the maintenance team, completing work orders, make ready apartments and other required tasks. Must be HVAC Certified and have a valid Driver's License.
Responsibilities:
- Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
- Estimate time and extent of repairs
- Perform routine preventive maintenance
- Maintain material and supply inventory
- Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in apartment maintenance required
- Must be HVAC certified
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Must have reliable transportation
Benefits:
Associates who are regularly scheduled for and work 30 hours or more per week are eligible for company-sponsored benefits the 1st day of the month, following completion of 30 continuous days of employment.
