- Provide general assistance to the CX/SD team, including communicating and scheduling upgrades with end users.
- Unpackage/re-package mobile and desktop devices.
- Install peripherals, such as printers, scanners, etc.
- Remove hard drives from outdated devices and labeling them for storage.
Position Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, able to effectively manage time independently and follow direction.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 and Windows 11.
Physical Requirements/Work Environment:

- The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for long periods; must be able to operate a computer and other forms of office technology; must be able to effectively communicate.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet and occasionally moderate.
