Core Functions:Serve as the primary lead in answering, screening, and directing all telephone calls Serve as a “How May I Help You” greeter for guests arriving at the AdventHealth Training Center lobby and notifying staff of expected guestsServe as a secondary Security Ambassador responsible for the security and safety of staff at AdventHealth Training Center Assist in the administration of the Visitor Management SystemProtect the Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ property and staff against loss, damage, and injury by maintaining a safe and secure environmentServe as a point person for the arrival of EMS, FIRE, and Police when neededMonitor access control, alarm system and video camerasReport irregularities, inform violators of policy and procedures, evict violators and trespassers, notify appropriate authorities as necessaryPrepare detailed incident reports of incidents by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activitiesOther duties as may be required by the Director of Facility Security from time to time Skills & AbilitiesExceptional communication skills and customer service traitsAbility to execute the Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ Security proceduresFirst Aid, CPR and AED trained and certified, or a willingness to be trainedKnowledge of administrative and clerical proceduresKnowledge of computers and relevant software applications including Microsoft OfficeStrong organizational skillsInitiative, reliability, stress tolerance Experience & Education Proven work experience as a lobby receptionist Prior experience in law enforcement, military, or security preferred High school diplomaWork EnvironmentThe Company is a professional, fast paced, creative business environment.
