Under administrative supervision, follows established policies, procedures, and professional guidelines, responsible for managing the daily activities and operations of the Oncology Clinics. Establishes and maintains standards of patient care and staff performance to ensure continuous quality improvement in services delivered. Interviews, hires, schedules work and evaluates the performance of employees supervised. Assist with cross coverage supervision at other oncology clinics as needed. Serves as primary liaison between providers, Assistant Directors and other leadership. Responsible for performing job duties in accordance with mission, vision and values of Tampa General Healthcare.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare or related field, and at least one (3) years of supervisory required (5) years preferred.
- Experience in a healthcare setting strongly preferred.
